Period problems tend to show improvement in 2-3 cycles. Symptoms like acne, hair loss, and unwanted hair growth take from 6 months to a year depending on the root cause and the consistency of changes made to nutrition and lifestyle.

  • As long as you need! Most programs are structured to have a finite end date. However, in my experience, every women's healing timeline is unique. That is why I’ve made the PCOS Blueprint a month-to-month membership so that you can have the freedom to use this program for as long as you need until you’re ready to be on your own.

In fact, most of the women I work with don’t have the time or energy to spend all day every day cooking away in the kitchen. That is why within the program I offer tons of resources for no-cook meals, meals from pantry staples, and meals that require minimal cleanup. Let’s be honest. As much as we wish it weren’t so, we’re all busy. So a sustainable approach to PCOS has to be one that is realistic based on the current pace of your life.

  • No special diet or separate meals are required in this program! Many of the women I work with share their desire to set a good example for their kids when it comes to taking care of their bodies and building a healthy relationship with food, and I could not be more in support of their mission! The key principles of nutrition for PCOS are easily adaptable to family-friendly meals.
